Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

This policy explains how Sponsor Huddle handles information when you use our website and sponsorship-letter generator.

Your generator inputs

Sponsor Huddle does not require an account. The team details you enter are used to create a draft in your browser. The generator does not send those fields to Sponsor Huddle or store them in a user profile.

Once you enter any details, the current fields are automatically saved in your browser's local storage on that device after a short pause. You can also choose “Save draft” to save immediately. A saved draft stays available until you clear it or your browser removes it; draft fields are not included in analytics events.

Please avoid entering information you would not want to include in a sponsorship letter. You remain responsible for reviewing every draft before sharing it.

Local outreach tracker

If you choose “Track outreach” after generating a kit, Sponsor Huddle stores the sponsor or business name, contact date, status, next follow-up date, and private note only in local storage on that device. There is no account, server-side tracker, or cross-device sync.

Tracker names, exact contact or follow-up dates, private notes, and other tracker text are not sent to analytics. We may receive limited aggregate feature events such as a status and month bucket so we can understand whether the local workflow is useful.

Use the tracker's Delete or Clear all records actions to remove entries from this browser. Clearing browser data can also remove them. If local storage is unavailable, the tracker keeps changes only on the current page and tells you that they were not persisted.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as page visits, referral sources, device categories, and approximate geographic regions. This helps us improve the site without asking you to create an account.

Vercel processes analytics data under its own Privacy Policy. We do not use this service to identify individual visitors or sell personal information.

Changes and questions

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision. For privacy questions, visit our Contact page.
