HOW TO USE IT

Three steps before you send.

  1. Set the lowest tier from a real team cost, not an arbitrary round number.
  2. Add one verifiable benefit at each level.
  3. Write the delivery window beside the benefit so expectations stay clear.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you send.

How many sponsorship levels should I offer?

Three or four levels are usually enough for a first outreach. Too many choices can make a small business hesitate.

Should every tier include a logo placement?

Only if the team or venue has approved that placement. Otherwise use benefits you can control, such as a website listing or thank-you post.

Can a sponsor choose an in-kind contribution?

Yes. Add an in-kind option with a clear description of what the team needs and how you will recognize the contribution.
